How to Get Access

Workspace administrators must first request access for their domain. Once our security team approves your domain, follow the instructions to add us to your Trusted Apps.

Domain Admins gain access to an exclusive unified console to manage organizational users, manually assign licenses, and effortlessly gift cleanup credits to individual team members.

Workspace Trusted App Setup

  1. Open admin.google.com and sign in as a Workspace admin.
  2. Navigate to Security > Access and data control > API controls.
  3. Click on MANAGE APP ACCESS > Configure new app.
  4. In "Search for app", paste Client ID:

  5. Click Smart Mailbox Cleaner (Web).
  6. On Scope step, select preferred scope > Continue.
  7. On Access step, select Trusted > Continue > Finish.

Sign in with Google. We request only the minimum Gmail API permissions — read metadata and move to Trash. We never request access to email content.

📋 Google API Permissions we request

We request only the permissions necessary to provide the service. You can revoke our access at any time from Google Account Permissions.

gmail.readonly

Read email metadata (size, labels, dates) to find emails using storage. We never read email body content or attachments.

gmail.modify

Move selected emails to Gmail Trash at your explicit request, and restore them when you use the Undo feature.

drive.metadata.readonly

Read Google storage quota metadata (total/used) to show storage usage and estimated cleanup impact. No Drive file content is accessed.
